Our science-based approach to eating prioritizes whole plant foods. It is gradual and customized for each individual. We believe that you can do anything for 12 weeks, and once you see how you feel — and experience the education component of our program — you will want to continue. As one of our participants said, “We're not being forced to do anything in this program. You have the choice, and it's a reset. It's a reset of your life.” Another said, “Knowing what I now know, I can't imagine going back to the way I once ate.” And, “In contrast to every other diet I've tried, I never feel like I can't eat as much as I want, or that I'm being deprived.”

Absolutely. We’ve had many men participate in the program — often at the urging of their female loved one — and they have achieved impressive results. We’ve also noticed that non-participating spouses, family members and friends benefit from the ripple effect of having a loved one in the program. Michele said, “Since I do most of the cooking, my boyfriend’s diet changed too. Though he was nervous at first, he ended up enjoying what I cooked and adjusting some of the meals to his preference by adding meat. Guess what? He lost weight too — without even trying. People are sometimes hesitant, initially, about the group element of Resolve to Results. We get it! Going on a personal journey to health may seem like something you want to do alone. Trust us: The group element is integral and the benefits are vast. Stephanie said, “At first, the whole group thing felt a little unnerving. But within two weeks, I loved my group. Yes. Zooms are not recorded (unless the entire group agrees and only in cases that are truly exceptional). This program is most successful when people make this commitment to themselves and the group. But we make sure group meeting times are convenient. We use a scheduling app called Doodle to secure a time that works for everyone in your small group.

Although powerful and necessary, conventional medicine doesn’t allow the time, depth, and whole-person approach necessary to help patients create sustainable change. Jenna is a health coach who also has a medical degree and years of continuing education focused on creating optimal health based on science and data. She does not function as a doctor. She functions purely in a coaching capacity aided by her education — to guide you! As a health coach, she is happy to work with your doctor to help you achieve your health goals. We do not practice medicine.
